  I bought a phone there, but it didn't work; I tried to return it, but they refused to accept it. This store violated Cricket's policies by not accepting a return within the 7-day window—engaging in misleading advertising is illegal. I called customer service at 611 (and, by the way, had to wait on hold for an hour on two separate occasions), and they told me the return had to be handled at that specific store. Surprise! They refused to resolve the issue, and as a result, I lost about $250. It’s not just about the money, but the sheer audacity of these stores; I don't know how Cricket still allows them to operate. I don't usually leave reviews for businesses, but I did this to prevent others from getting scammed at that store Compré un teléfono ahí y no me sirvió, lo intenté devolver pero no me lo quisieron recibir, está tienda rompió con las normas de criket al no aceptar una devolución antes de los 7 días, es ilegal hacer publicidad engañosa, llamé al 611 del servicio al cliente(por cierto tuve que esperar 1 hora en el teléfono dos veces) y me dijeron que la devolución se debía hacer solo en esa tienda, sorpresa!! ellos se negaban a resolverlo y como consecuencia perdí alrededor de $250, no se trata solo del dinero, sino del descaro de estas tiendas, no sé cómo aún Criket las deja siguen operando, no me justa dejar comentarios en los negocios, pero lo hice para evitar que otras personas sean estafadas en esa tienda

  I went in today with an issue, and a young man helped me, going beyond to resolve the issue I had with my phone. To bad I did not catch his name. He was very friendly & made me a happy costumer. He is definitely a keeper.

  I have been with cricket for a year now. Luz has always been so nice and helpful every time I come in. I’ll mainly keep coming back just because of her customer service. I really recommend this location for your phone bill needs or upgrades.
