I had such a great experience at this Cricket store! Stephanie and yudith provided the best customer service I’ve ever received at a Cricket location. They were both so friendly, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare to receive such amazing service, and I truly appreciate how welcoming and professional they both were. Stephanie and yudith definitely deserve recognition for their excellent customer service! I will definitely be coming back. Thank you both! 💚

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at this location. I was charged a $30 fee for no apparent service or solution provided by a representative (a woman with a large 'Rocha' tattoo near her chest). While I recognize individual employees may lack adequate support, Cricket urgently needs to train its staff properly on transparent fees and customer service. I choose Cricket because it is budget-friendly and convenient for my family, but saving money shouldn't mean accepting unacceptable customer service at physical store locations. Save yourself the headache and avoid this store if you can.
