  I was there today, I had bad experience with next store auto zone there rude and disrespectful employees And saw advance Auto parts I turn and got in the store, very sweet girl help me super helpful and the men next to her absolutely friendly and nice answer all my questions and other men just walking was amazing also, they changed my wipers there are amazing team and super friendly employees and I really appreciate all they did for me I keep going there again I really appreciate all those 3 employees super nice Friendly Helpful Polite , kindness Very super helpful I just enjoyed the couple minutes when I was in there store thank you so much for all y’all did

  Jessie was a super knowledgeable and friendly help. He even answered and and all questions My daughter had about the process as she watched on.

  They refuse to accept returns. The policy online says there is a 45 day return policy but they refused regardless. I had to wait on the manager to even enter the building. Very rude and flat out would not assist no questions asked for no reason.

  David was an absolute life saver today! My car suddenly wouldnt accelerate while driving on parmer and luckily it was right next to this store. David went above and beyond to get me back on the road so I could make it to work on time, not only is he knowledgeable about cars and repairs but hes friendly with great customer service. Thank you so much for making this miserable situation tolerable and so easy to handle!
