  The woman I walked up to at the desk didn't greet me, didn't ask if I needed anything just stared at me. I said hello, she just stared at me. I asked if I could have help to have my check engine scanned, she just stared at me then without a word got her equipment, didn't say anything to me and walked out. I had to catch up and I showed her to the car, again she didn't say anything and scanned it. I'm the only one talking and I get absolutely no response. Once she was done she walked away without a word, so I again had to catch up. She Didn't talk to me just went and got papers and handed them to me and still said nothing about them. She mumbled something at the end and I couldn't hear her then turned her computer to show me a code that the paper reflected. I would've liked some kind of explanation for anything or input but all she did was stare and say nothing to me and I got fed up with the silent treatment and decided to just leave without pressing for more info. There wasn't a language barrier apparently because of what she said In the end that I could barely hear. She just didn't want to interact with me. I don't know if she's just having a bad day or something but even the guy who was at the other counter who witnessed this said nothing to me too. I guess he thought she was handling it but geez. Terrible impression and I'll just go somewhere else for help.

  Daniel H today helped me test and replace my battery on my 2019 Nissan Rogue.. Daniel did a great job in a short period of time .. he tested my old battery and installed anew Die Hard..thanks again Daniel great job !!!

  Guys have no idea what they’re talking about. Dude told me to rev my car to 4k rpms and hold it for 30 seconds to test my alternator. I’m not a complete idiot so I told him off. He was upset that I told him that I didn’t need to do that and then told me that my battery and my alternator were both bad. I went right next door to AutoZone and they tested my alternator and battery and they both are good.

  I went to the W Parmer location to get brake pads. Isay helped me with everything I needed. He was friendly, very patient, and very helpful. I would return to this location just based off of his customer service.
