  Shane is such a gem. When I entered the store he greeted me warmly and asked if he could help me with anything. The trunk shocks that held up my trunk were completely worn down, and the trunk door was so heavy I could barely even lift it. Shane helped me find the right parts and even put the new replacements on for me! Never in a million years would I have expected to receive help with that. I feel so blessed that he was working when I came in. I’ll gladly return to this location.

  I had such a great experience here. My check oil light came on about a month after I got an oil change somewhere else, so I stopped by because I had no idea what was wrong. Shane the employee who helped me was so kind and patient. He came up to me right away and asked how he could help. He checked my oil and was shocked to see it was almost empty, especially since I had just had an oil change. He helped me find the right oil for my car and took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. I'm pretty clueless when it comes to cars, but he never made me feel embarrassed. He even explained how to check and add coolant and answered my questions without rushing me. He was professional, respectful, and genuinely cared about helping. I'm really glad I came to this Advance Auto Parts. Great customer service like this is hard to find. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier!

  I had such a wonderful experience at Advance Auto Parts (Store #6715) on Saturday around 1:00 PM! Everyone working that day was incredibly kind, welcoming, and willing to help. A special thank you to Shane R., who took great care of my car. He was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, and his professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a stressful situation such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be coming back!
