  I just wanted to take the time and commend the store and thank employee Ryan B for his exceptional service, professionalism and help with my car battery failing on my 2022 Honda Civic SI. He was very knowledgeable of all the different types of batteries and I ended up going with a DieHard platinum. We were discussing the warranty and there was an extra year coverage available , it was covered for 4 years but for the fifth year it was $35 extra. I don't usually go in for those sorts of things but he asked me candidly, when did you get your car? I said at the end of 2021. We did a quick little calculation and determine that was 4 years and eight months since the stock Honda battery gave up. I said, "I'm going to take that extra year warranty also!" Then to my surprise, he got a cart and put the battery on there, some electrical grease and felt pad things that go over the battery terminals and brought it out to my car and installed it. This was after he'd come out to the car before and run a diagnostic with an instrument to make sure the alternator and everything else was okay and it was actually the battery that was the problem. Which indeed it was and I was grateful for that. Anyway, in a short amount of time the battery was switched out my car was running and I did enjoy the pleasant conversation with Ryan as he did the work quickly and expertly.. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate retail employees like Ryan who make a business look great and a customer like me walk off feeling like a million bucks!   If there were more than five stars to give for this Advanced Auto parts store I would give it. Worked with Jose, the store manager at this location and he went above and beyond to take care of my daughter‘s vehicle with not only the factory warranty for the parts needed, but talking with the repair location to ensure smooth transition of the parts for repair. The outstanding service provided by Jose led to a very pleasant experience in getting my daughter’s car fixed. I would highly recommend this location, not only for the quality of parts, but the quality of excellent service that I experienced. This will be my one stop shop for car parts needed. 👍

  Need some knowledge on your vehicle and good hospitality when you're vehicle has a problem asked for Mrs Alexandra and Santiago to help! the best store to go to, great location and very kind and caring people. Highly recommend. Thank you both and great job. Keep it up.

  Came into the store this morning and was greeted by Hose and Josh. They have excellent energy and were able to help me fine the right size wiper blades and even installed them for me! I love this location and the team is always friendly and willing to help.
