  Jude is amazing and helpful- BUT I dropped stars to this place after coming to this location for 15 some odd years!!!!! Brought a buddy who needed headlights- two lucky him were out- they did not have mid grade. The kid would not price match the next level up so they lost the bulb purchase to AutoZone. But AutoZone closed the bathrooms 20 mins to close after having to drive to nearest auto store. They got 1 star and you guys got 1 more and lost a star for not having inventory and this is the second time this had happened. Then the girl and the guy behind the counter needed someone with more experience. So that cost a star because getting pliers from him was like asking for a bar of gold. Time to step up training and upgrade price - economy is too tight to see a 2pack if 9003 for same price at Advance and lose a sale. CFO and Execs call but as a C-Suite myself. This all was not worth it for the customer. Will go back to 5 Stars when I see Jude again in the store and get the service I have come to know.

  My brake lights were not working when i hit the brake and my gear sometimes got stuck. Came inside hoping they will have the stop light switch i was really looking for. To avoid getting rear ended or a ticket. Luckily this store had it. I was greated by a manager name Adler. I already had the part number on my phone but he insisted to give him my year make and model of my pickup truck just to make sure the part i got on my phone is the correct one. I appreciate him for double checking before i bought the part. It was the right one. He was really fast and was very polite. Seem like he is a good manager according to other reviews and thieir NOT wrong. He seem like a good and chill dude, i give him a 10/10

  Needed 2 new batteries for my Ford 250 Diesel,,took them 15 minutes from when i got there to i left. Awesome service, Jude was very fast to pick the correct batteries and Adler did a great job removing old and installing new batteries. Recommended !!
