  I am from Venezuela in for World Cup and I went to a subway earlier and ordered 4 meats and paid extra for it. This time I went trying to order 4 meats at this location and the lady working tonight said she can’t fit the 4 meats? Is that not your job? I was wanting to pay for it disappointment

  The woman at the front with the tattoos was so mean to the man she was working with. I genuinely felt bad for him, he was being nice too. She just seemed to not care about customer service at all either. The food was fine tho. Edit: after reading some other reviews it seems this is a recurring problem for everyone that interacts with her. I was there at 12:00pm on Thursday

  Be careful when you visit this place…. They add a tip to your bill without your consent in my own opinion that’s not right….

  Id like to praise the employee (man) working at this location this sat afternoon. He was working hard ALONE trying to service the walk ins ALL WHILE filling a huge online party order and baking more bread. He apologized more than once to multiple people. The problem here isnt the man working or his service... its that he clearly needed support on this very busy 11 Am (lunch rush time). The owners should either hire more staff OR come support their staff themselves if they are short handed during busy times. Maybe consider paying better wages to get people who will stay. Our sandwiches were awesome BTW.
