  My home and umbrella insurance rates have increased significantly. I prefer to stay with my current providers but need to better understand my risks first. On the other hand, service is top-notch.

  DO NOT USE. Came back with a home policy over $1000 from last year because “I live in north Texas”. Uhhh well I lived here last year too. No claims. Found different, cheaper, better coverage and told him to cancel my policy on February 22nd in writing. They activated my policy on March 2nd after being explicitly told no and that I had another policy in place. Do not work with these people. They will cost you time and money and a lot of headaches
