  Oh my gosh when you go to eat your MEATBALL SANDWICH with EXTRA SAUCE and EXTRA MEATBALLS and it has neither, which you pay for it doesn’t make you Happy! Please read the tickets or screen and get it right!

  We ordered online, 25 minutes before we scheduled to pick it up (2 sandwiches, a pizza, and a box of cookies). The order was marked as ‘ready’, yet when we got there, the extremely rude & unhelpful man informed us they didn’t have pizza or cookies. We asked if we could have a refund on those items, and he said he didn’t know how to do that. We asked if we could just get our sandwiches that were ready and his response was ‘honestly man, I haven’t even started on them’. We decided to leave and find out how to get a refund later. There was no call to us letting us know what they were out of, the order was marked as ready, and now we’re out the $, and walked out empty handed (while I’m 8 months pregnant and was CRAVING the cookies). Horrible customer service & lack of respect for other people’s time.
