  We ordered online, 25 minutes before we scheduled to pick it up (2 sandwiches, a pizza, and a box of cookies). The order was marked as ‘ready’, yet when we got there, the extremely rude & unhelpful man informed us they didn’t have pizza or cookies. We asked if we could have a refund on those items, and he said he didn’t know how to do that. We asked if we could just get our sandwiches that were ready and his response was ‘honestly man, I haven’t even started on them’. We decided to leave and find out how to get a refund later. There was no call to us letting us know what they were out of, the order was marked as ready, and now we’re out the $, and walked out empty handed (while I’m 8 months pregnant and was CRAVING the cookies). Horrible customer service & lack of respect for other people’s time.

  Came from out of town for a birthday relaxation trip. Stopped by this subway not expecting much, but Patrick was so awesome. He was friendly and made great suggestions for my sandwich. 10/10 experience. Thanks Patrick!

  Ordered 4 sandwiches online. They were out of chicken and salami. None of the sandwiches got toasted like they were supposed to. Missing cheese and sauces. She was rude when I called and asked for a manager all I got was "he left" Thanks AMANDA. Wish I could catch that tip I gave you back.
