  Great food, but better make sure they listen to you when you order, because if you order traditional and they’ll give you boneless, I’m definitely coming back, they said they would fix it but didn’t want to wait.

  Me and my boyfriend came here the other day maybe around 5-6 in the evening, I was kind of skeptical at first after seeing some reviews saying they had bad service around night time or specifically 9pm, but I’d say go as early as you can before 9pm or before their shift change. We walked in the customer service was good everyone was well mannered and super sweet! We got our food maybe 10-15 minutes after placing it, the fountain drinks were good I’m use to having seltzer water every-time I go to any wingstop around me specially Mansfield😬😬. But this is my first time going to a Downtown Arlington wingstop spot. When I tell y’all the food was fresh so fresh the bones from the wings were hurting my fingers, the fries were well seasoned and super hot as well!! The wings were also well seasoned, and they were not overcooked thank the lord! The ranch didn’t taste old or bad whatsoever it also tasted like they had just made a new batch which made my experience even better because I love ranch! This is by far the best wingstop I’ve ever came across in the DFW area and I’m not exaggerating at all. If you’re dining in which we did, they will most likely call your name and bring it out to you that way you don’t have to get up since it’s more spacious on the inside. I didn’t have to ask for any changes at all. I will be coming back a lot more since I’m around the area now!

  Love everything about it; the quality of the food and the sauce they put on it are fantastic. The fries were fresh. This is not an ordinary Wingstop. This is the model of what every Wingstop in America should be like. Wonderful Wingstop.

  I normally do not leave reviews like this, especially for Wingstop, because Wingstop is genuinely one of my favorite places to eat. I order from this location AT LEAST twice a week, sometimes more, and I have spent a ridiculous amount of money here because I love the food that much. That is exactly why I am so disappointed and frustrated enough to finally leave this review. The last FOUR times I have ordered from this location, I have specifically requested my fries EXTRA well done with EXTRA Hot Honey Rub seasoning. Not just regular seasoning. EXTRA. Every single time, my order has arrived with little to no Hot Honey Rub seasoning on the fries, and the fries have absolutely not been well done. They have been soft, soggy, and honestly nothing like what I ordered. I could understand this happening once. Mistakes happen, restaurants get busy, and I have always been understanding about that. I could even overlook it happening twice. But FOUR orders in a row with the exact same issue is extremely frustrating, especially when I am taking the time to clearly specify how I want my food prepared every single time. What makes it even more disappointing is that I am not someone who rarely orders here and decided to complain after one bad experience. I am an extremely loyal Wingstop customer. I literally look forward to ordering my food from here, and the Hot Honey Rub fries are one of my favorite things to get. When I pay extra attention to selecting extra seasoning and extra well done because that is specifically how I enjoy them, I expect those instructions to at least be acknowledged. I am not expecting perfection, and I understand that employees are busy, but there is a huge difference between an occasional mistake and repeatedly ignoring the same preparation instructions. At this point, I almost feel like there is no reason for me to even select the options because my fries are being made however they want to make them regardless of what I requested. I genuinely love Wingstop, which is why I really hope management sees this and addresses it with the team. I do not want to stop ordering from this location. I just want to receive the food the way I actually ordered it. Please, PLEASE pay attention to the special preparation instructions, especially for customers who continue coming back and supporting this location week after week. Four times in a row is just way too many times for the exact same thing to keep happening. I really hope my next order is finally the crispy, extra well done, heavily Hot Honey Rub seasoned fries I keep ordering and paying for, because I KNOW Wingstop can do better than what I have been receiving lately.
