  This is by far the WORST wing stop you can go too. I placed an online order and picked up the order at a store I couldn’t even enter because they had the floors flooded with mop water & already counting down the registers 20+ minutes before closing. The “staff” gave me somebody else’s order because we have the same first name & they didn’t stop to verify the last name. They were too busy trying to close the store before closing time. I was given a cold order that I didn’t even pay for. What makes it worse is I called the location the next day (since they were closed by the time I made it home) and the manager named Gio said that I had to just wait 5 business days to POSSIBLY get refunded by the system because she couldn’t replace the order since the other Sabrina never picked up MY order. So I’m supposed to wait 5+ days on refund AND you refuse to replace what I paid for today just because I’m POSSIBLY going to get refunded in a WEEK. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER & SHE DOESNT DESERVE TO BE A MANGER. Couldn’t even eat the food I was given because it was all super cold & dry! If you are really craving WING STOP, choose ANY location over this dusty ass one.

  I go to open my food and instead of the bones wings I ordered for my kids, I get half way eaten chicken strips

  The cashier was super rude she was in her phone when we walked in it took her time to take our order and she was rude the whole time she didn’t even ask my name for the order and when the food is ready she just left it on the counter and when we ask her if it’s ready she points us the box we grabbed it and left very disappointed
