I placed an order online for a work lunch and everything came out correct! The count, the flavors, the dipping sauces and extras! I even called ahead to get some plates in the bag and it was all perfect.
Marco is a terrible manager. He will sit there and waste your time. Terrible establishment ran by an incompetent manager.
Their wings are always soggy and undercooked, and they expect you to pay extra just to get them cooked properly.

I would give this Wingstop on Little Road in Arlington, TX, 1 star and that's entirely because of the customer service. My wife and I placed a simple order. I ordered a 6 piece combo with Spicy Korean BBQ mixed with Lemon Pepper and she ordered a tender combo. When I received my wings, they were split 50/50 instead of being mixed together. I politely took the order back to the counter and explained that I wanted the seasonings mixed together. The manager Itzell told me they couldn't do that. Since it wasn't what I ordered, I asked for a refund on my combo. Instead of handling the situation, she repeatedly pushed me aside to help other customers and then asked another manager, Lance, for help. She eventually called someone (I believe his name was Mario or Carlos) to figure out how to process the refund. After the call, she told me she had reopened my ticket, removed the 6 piece combo and needed to charge me again for the tender combo. I explained several times that this made no sense because I had already paid for the tender combo. I only needed a refund for the 6 piece combo. She insisted that was the only way their system worked. I even asked to see a receipt proving it would remove both meals and then only charge me once for the tender combo. She told me it would show correctly after I paid.
It didn't.....
The receipt clearly showed that the 6 piece combo was removed, but I was charged for the tender combo a 2nd time. After going back and forth trying to explain that I had now paid twice for the same meal, I asked for a manager. She then informed me that she was the manager and that Lance was also a manager. When Lance came over, I explained the situation once. He immediately understood the problem and corrected it by issuing the refund properly.
The most frustrating part wasn't the mistake, it was the lack of customer service, the poor communication and how difficult it was to fix something that should have taken just a few minutes. Unfortunately, this wasn't my first bad experience at this Wingstop. After multiple disappointing visits, I've decided I will no longer be a customer. I hope management provides better training on customer service and refund procedures because this experience was unacceptable!

Tried the new location after multiple disastrous experiences at the old location. Our cashier, Itzell, rung up our order wrong and then when we mentioned it, argued that that’s not how we ordered it and then said they can’t mix flavors. We said okay, just refund the meal then; after going around and around, she ended up charging us twice for the other meal. She claimed to be the manager while she was being incredibly rude and telling us that we aren’t understanding, but another manager had to come out and sort out the ordeal, where he confirmed that she was actually in the wrong. We won’t be back to this location, it’s not worth being belittled.
