  I ordered for delivery through grub hub. This is my 2nd time ordering for delivery from this location. My frustration comes from the fact that my order (20 piece, 2 separate flavors), comes in 1 to-go box separated by a thin piece of parchment paper. And there is no option request for separate containers. It would be very unfortunate if someone was allergic. Having that simple option would make all the difference when ordering online.

  Its a gamble coming to this location. You never know what it will be. Out the last 5 times, only once have i gotten my order correctly. Other times, food had been cold (even after being told i needed to wait another 10 minutes). Another time, some wings weren’t cooked extra time as asked and in fact felts gooey. Other times i dont get the right amount of wings. In a rare occasion, my bad was waiting on the shelf completely open with a sticker not even on it to seal it. Despite of all these times, i never complained because is my closest location. However yesterday i just got fed up. I ask for all flats and even paid the extra for it but yet it was still mixed

  My order was so damn good I had to call to the store to say thank you. Whatever crew they had in Wen 06/9 at 7:00 pm you guys are amazing, my food was hot, and flavorful 🫶🏽
