  I was so excited when this location opened. This location messes up everything. Fries are always old. I may have gotten fresh fries 6 times, and that's sad that I know that number. Louisiana rub is my favorite flavor, but when I order it, I always get fried chicken no flavor. Sometimes I will take it back and have it corrected, but who wants to do that all the time. I hardly do reviews but I'm so over it at this point. Customer lost. Another thing stop having all those kids hanging around in there just to be there, its bad for business.

  We just ordered the same flavor we always order for years Louisiana Rub and lemon pepper, we have ordered these wings for years and from other locations and have always gotten a consistent full flavor on the wings. The order we got was basically baked wings with no flavor at all, we decided to call and address our issue with the store and the teenager that answered the phone immediately took offense to our complaint and gave the phone to the manager claiming we were disrespectful because we were basically stating that the flavor was not on the wings. The manager then got on the phone and her excuse was that they are not allowed to put seasoning after they are fried, also stating that they are limited to how much seasoning they use, not sure this makes any sense when in fact all wings get tossed in the flavor after being cooked and for years we have gotten the same consistent flavor. If in fact they are being limited to how much flavor they use then ordering wings with no flavor and tasting like they are just naked wings, then ordering wings from wing stop will no longer be an option. Not sure if this is just this location being cheap or actually a corporate issue that maybe needs to be looked into. Last but not least the professional approach by the manager and staff is far from professional in making sure that the customer is happy and satisfied with their orders, customer service at this location is a BIG ZERO. Never will order from this location hoping this is an isolated incident to this particular store because we have been a wing stop customer for many years. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION ON 287 and Sublet.
