  Review for Tom Crutchfield - Allstate Insurance Rating: ★★½☆☆ (2.5/5) The experience with this agency started off on a very high note, but unfortunately, the exit process was a complete headache. The Good: When I first signed up, the team took excellent care of me. They were attentive, professional, and took the time to answer every single question I had. If you are looking for a smooth onboarding experience, they definitely provide that. The Bad: The issues began once I decided to move to a new provider. It took over two months to receive my refund, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the level of service completely shifted. When I called to follow up on my money, the staff was very disrespectful. I repeatedly asked to speak with Mr. Crutchfield directly to resolve the delay, but they refused to let me speak with him. Final Verdict: It’s disappointing that a relationship that started so well ended with such a lack of professionalism. I wouldn't recommend them if you value consistent customer service throughout the entire life of your policy.

  I recently was involved in an accident with a uninsured motorist. Thanks to modern technology the only way I could settle my claim with Allstate was thru a chat box with the claims depatartment and I don't communicate thru chat box's. The only reason I am staying with Allstate is because Thomas Crutchfield's office did a very good job of working as the middle man. While I am very satisfied with the work they did, I did not like not being able to verbally communicate with the claims department myself. I will recommend Thomas Crutchfield's office. I am not impressed with the direction Allstate is moving by forcing us to deal with claims thru chat boxes as opposed to just letting us talk with real person, but the office of Thomas Crutchfield I did a very good job of playing the middle man in my case and my claim was handled quickly and realitivly painless
