  The customer service was top notch. The store was full of people and the staff never got frustrated but continued working hard while delivering great service. Asia and Atlas were very friendly and very efficient in their work.

  I would give him five stars but they didn't offer me a glass of champagne 😁 today was my first visit at this location as I am new to this part of Arlington. While the employees were very busy and there were two customers ahead of me, I was immediately greeted and told that someone would be right with me. Within less than a minute, a gentleman wave to me over and I was in and out of the store in less than 4 to 5 minutes. Kudos for customer service politeness and welcoming your customers. I love when people say I'll be right with you, because sometimes that's all we need to hear and will stand there all day. It's when we feel ignored. I definitely felt welcome at the store and hope my next visit is as good as this one was 👍

  The manager Mercy is so rude to customers. I was making an Amazon return and the app was having trouble with QR code . I’m with another employee and she walks up and says “ If it doesn’t work this time I’m go have to ask you to leave because it’s 10 min after closing.” It was so unprofessional and rude. You’re suppose to take care of customers that’s in your store and not dismiss them while trying to make a return. She Nasty attitude and need to work on her approach if she wants to be a great manager. It’s ok to ask someone to rap it up because store is closing. The first thing come out her mouth is “ I’m go have to ask you to leave” is rude. As if I was a disruptive customer.
