  Una porqueria de serivicio, para que respondan por los paquetes es una demora, nunca colaboran si un paquete se pierde, no recomiendo esta tienda.

  Disgusted at the fact a store full.of men doing nothing, saw someone carrying a heavy load and not only didnt offer to help, or at the very least hold a door open, just literally stood in place and watched. Then once inside,a cart,that was offered time and time again, was asked if it could be used to bring the equipment to the counter, was refused. Not asking for special treatment, just basic customer service and human decency. Don't know how they are trained ,but do better!

  I HATE UPS!! Most inconvenient liars! I’ve been waiting for my package I ordered from Amazon since the 10th of July. Now it’s being sent back to sender due to incompetence of the drivers not following app instructions! Now i’m out of an headboard when I move this Saturday. Again, I HATE UPS! Every-time my package is shipped through them, it’s either stolen or never delivered. Worst company to exist!
