  If I could give negative stars I would. This UPS mailbox store is the VERY WORST. Staff is completely unhelpful every time I have an issue with the mobile app they tell me to pay to print the label. Completely useless staff all just stand around and socialize instead of helping

  Regarding $164.56 charge & Employee # 367465. My nephew went to the UPS Store on 6/24/2026 @ 6:09 pm 4621 Cooper Arlington Tx. I am currently out of town due to an emergency situation. My nephew took a box to ship my personal mail and some of medications for overnight next day delivery. He had me on speaker phone because so I could give my info. Not sure what the female name was who waited on him, but she was rude the entire time. I inform her that there was Medications in the box that contain glass and there were large envelopes with personal items including mail. My nephew asked if they could an extra piece on the box to make sure it was secure, per employee #367465 there is no name of the employee on the receipt. She stated that there will be a charge to apply a piece of tape on the box. Also to put a fragile notice on the box was an additional charge. Total paid $164.56 for overnight delivery and the box never left the store. My box is missing and has never been delivered. Now all of my personal items including my medications are all gone!!!! Called the store this afternoon and the manager was gone for the day at 4:00 pm. Praying to get my items.
