  If you're looking for Temu Happy Returns, its here, second floor, to the left. 15 minute parking across the street. Staff were quick, professional, & helpful. I was there for a Temu return less than 5 minutes. Strange place to have the store for us common folk 🫡

  The service was great. Unfortunately, one of the workers was very sick. He was blowing his nose into tissue and kept getting packages from customers, ringing them up, and handing them receipts. He did not wash his hands one time. It was so unsanitary.

  Imani was wonderful & so patient! I had issues with my fingerprints, but she was able to help me. She really went above & beyond. Great customer service!!

  POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION INCONVENIENT LOCATION NO PARKING ACCESS I have never really experienced and experience this horrific. All I really wanted was my package in a more efficient manner adding to the fact that I PAID a fee for the "convenience". Top of the list the WORST front desk service. After my visit inside the office to pick up a package I had used for an access point, no where to be found, take in consideration I had just traveled to Haselt, TX and was told I'd be found at my point location. 45 minutes later I arrived to the point location, nothing. I proceed to leave and decided to return and ask why was the package delivered to Dallas, TX then that 40 minute commute to Haselt, TX ??? No explanation. So I left, once I got to my car I decided MAYBE she could help where I can receive my package at my address instead as it was initially supposed to be sent there without PAYING and extra fees. Her answer, "No, we don't do that here"... Speaking as if she were irritated with the whole ordeal. I work in customer service and I totally understand poor service. I had paid for access point and the person before me was able to get his package with the TRUE fact that his order was not, although he did pay a fee in the end. But she could have helped me with another option. Over more, the location to where it's at. No parking, if there is parking it's in a garage. Thank goodness the attendant understood me and did not charge me for a parking fee. Once you arrive there is then a 5 minute walking distance around the center to the front door hotel. Which is why I probably sounded frantic because the distance and rushing in order to keep my word to the parking attendant that I wasn't going to be gone too long. Just a bad day.
