  First impression was the person answering the phone did a better job of talking g over me when I was attempting to answer her questions then transferred me to another person named Destiny who didn’t answer and went to voice mail. NOT good service and NOT a good first impression. Needless to say I’ll mark this agent off the list of agents to get a car insurance quote from
