  walked in tried to throw something in the trash and the lady complained that i couldn’t throw outside trash in the trash said she has to take out that trash and is an hassle walking to the outside trash bins she was so loud i didn’t even want to order my food before work so unfriendly and rude btw it was an chipotle bag… nothing big atall

  I've never had a bad experience here, until today. The person working, and older gentleman (today at 5:30 pm), charged my daughter $11.29 for an $8 sandwich. He charged her for a spicy Italian when she ordered a pizza sub with, literally, peperoni, cheese and spinach. I tried showing him the sandwich on their menu on the app and he refused, saying "i don't have it on my menu, so I charged her for what I see". He got defensive, and started pulling the money from his tip jar and his pocket to give them back the difference, instead of fixing the issue in the system, saying "i have people!". None of the other employees have ever been this rude and disrespectful, even when my daughters were trying to explain to him what they ordered.

  30 min wait, only one lady working, she mess up my order…. Ran out of turkey, no spinach, no ham Spend my whole lunch time just waiting 👎🏽

  This place is trash. Only one worker. Older gentleman smoking outside and didn't even wash his hands before going back to work. No veggies. No pepperoni. It's like they got peanut but no butter. Koolaid but no sugar. Dont waste your time or money here. And only had two chips to select from.

  Doesn't deserve even one star but can't comment with out one. Order online for mobile pickup get home with my order and it is all wrong. Phone number is no longer in service so can't call. I said not to toast my bread but they did i asked for all the veggies got none. Only meat and cheese. Wow why can't people read plain English? Never will be back to this location. I usually use the Collins and Bardin but this was closer. No more short cuts for me. Update: I took the sandwich back asked for refund the guy said come back in the morning at 8 we did and the lady took the sandwich and said someone would call later that day. That was Monday still no call no refund no sandwich nothing. Rude employees that lie and cheat you.
