Stopped by before entering six flags to use the restroom and was yelled at for heading towards the door then I noticed a sign saying speak to us before entering, which isn’t on the men’s bathroom door. So I went up there and told them and they forced me to buy something so my boyfriend bought a pity cookie just for me to get back there and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting and had no toilet paper. I went back to my boyfriend and I told him don’t buy that cookie because there’s no toilet paper and infront of a good 7 people she holds up a large roll and tries to hand me a few single ply sheets til my boyfriend took the whole roll from her. I let another older women use the roll and I told her don’t pay them and I left it in there. They should be ashamed for stopping women from using the bathroom but not the men in such a disgusting establishment.
Unbelievably disappointing. I have seen this subway from six flags for years and always wondered how it’ll be from the inside. Never saw reviews cuz I wanted to be surprised…it looks like an empty dungeon. With poorly arranged set ups. Visible empty rooms that they have no idea what to do with so they put their trash and empty boxes in. The caldron restroom with no A/C and a paper sign that says to go to the front so you can ask for toilet paper.

Guy was so high he couldn't read the online order and covered my food in excessive mayo(it said no mayo) and refused refund or to remake until I threated to call the cops. He then changed his mind and "remade" my sandwich and handed it to me. When I got home he had just scrapped the mayo mostly off and acted like it was new. as I told him before I AM ALERGIC. I went back to get it remade again and he gave me some excuse that if he remade it they would cut his hours or some b.s. this store has a lawsuit coming

Experience was horrible I have to buy something just to go to the restroom is ridiculous it’s a public place why should I have to buy something just to pee. It’s inhumane I have a medical condition and I have to hold my business bc I didn’t purchase something is stupid. This rule needs to be changed, I honestly should’ve just done my business on the floor but I won’t do that.
Let me set the scene... It's late July 2026. The world's newest, biggest roller coaster, Tormenta, opened earlier this month right across the street at Six Flags. It's 3pm. Clear skies... looks beautiful from inside... but don't be fooled. This is a true Texas summer. Current temperature is 101 °F. Worse still, according to the lady on the porch that the weather people ask, it feels like a blistering 112°F.
People of different backgrounds queue in to feed themselves and their children. The adults have a dazed look in their eyes behind a sweaty and dirty face because the reality has just set in that they're no longer built to experience g-forces like the ones they just went through. Whiny and sun baked, when the kids here that there's no more roast beef, they begin to cry. The teenagers are rude and arrogant, per usual.
I stand there and witness this chaos. I think to myself, this must go down in history....
Through all the noise and irritated people, ONE MAN was determined to not only get through the day, but to satisfy the primitive cravings of the people.
His name is Ram. And in my eyes, he is a true hero.
Every ingredient added showed he knew just the right amount to satisfy the customer and the ghost owner. He was quick at making a seemingly infinite number a footlongs. But not so rushed as to sacrifice the quality and integrity of Subway's staple item.
It's hard for me to describe his customer service ability because it was something that no American has ever truly seen. He would not let rude remarks about ingredients shortages stop him. In the most professional, rapid manner he would absorb the crabby words and continue guiding the customer to the completion of their sandwich. It was beautiful....and all with soft eyes and a smile that made you feel like you were being hugged by an old pal who was there to take care of you.
My hat goes off to you Ram. You will always be a truly great man in my book. Thank you.
