I made an online order and went to pick it up and was told they are not doing online orders and can only take cash. I was charged for my online order it was taken directly out of my account. Then I had to pay for my order with cash in-store. I'm just wanting my account to be credit for my original purchase . I've left messages with the store to have the manager contact me and nothing....
.. very upset. These are thieves at this store. About to go above with my complaint.

Walked into the door and this big lady was on the phone and was loudly complaining how she cannot catch a break and how she is going to lock the door. We turned around and left. Maybe this place needs new staff.

The lady over there with the piercings is so rude and disrespectful, if she doesn’t want to work then she shouldn’t be there. She needs to do better.

The lady taking my order was rude and had a attitude with me also she was doing nothing soon as I came and talking on the phone loudly… needs better customer service asap
