I placed and paid for an online scheduled pickup order at this Subway location inside Circle K on Brown Blvd, Arlington. I received a confirmation email stating my order was confirmed and being prepared. I was on the way to catch a flight and did not have time to reorder or wait, which left me without a meal for several hours.
When I arrived, the employee was rude and dismissive and stated there was no online order for me. Instead of helping investigate the confirmed order or checking further, I felt pressured to place and pay for another order in person even though my card had already been charged.
The experience was disappointing and stressful. I hope management reviews online order handling and customer service so this does not happen to others.

I don’t know why they charge tip automatic on your card my check was for $7:35 and was charged $9.08 with about a question this was my second time in that place and I’m not recommend this place

The preparer was the most friendly and accommodating of all I've seen there. Everyone is nice but she put much needed smile on my face today!
