Absolutely rude. I walked in speaking saying hello as no one was visible to be present. The radio was loud playing country music. I walked both ends of the counter. I said “hello” for a second time. No one responded. About 2 minutes later a Caucasian biracial female looks up and sees me. Does not greet me. Continue to complete her task. 5 mins in the building she walks over, back turned and says “what kind of bread?” This rep was NOT personable AT ALL. Didn’t crack one smile or speak in a customer friendly tone. She gave the same tone in response the the gentleman who ordered after me. The veggies were old )lettuce and spinach). Cookies were dried up. She threw two balled up napkins in my bag. Terrible service.

This Subway is always out of items because “the truck didn’t show up” AND they never accept my app rewards/coupons. Terrible ownership and management at this location. Learn how and when to order inventory - basic business!

The general manager needs to do better at making sure the store is stocked and the workers aren't overworked.
Nevertheless, the new store manager works well under pressure, stayed professional and positive and ensure our order was correct.
