  I had to drop a package off, and I met Mr. Adam such a sweetheart. He informed me that I definitely need a receipt for the item that I was dropping off, and we had a brief conversation about this memorial day weekend. He's very respectful, just a positive person with a beautiful smile, and great hospitality which I greatly appreciate ❤️.

  ADAM gave us truly one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had at FedEx. He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain every option, searched for different prices and alternatives for us, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers and making sure everything is done right. Out of all the FedEx locations we’ve visited, this was by far the best experience thanks to Adam. FedEx needs more employees like him!

  Based on the most recent reviews, I went to this location feeling unsure and unconfident. To my surprise, the young African American lady at the front desk was amazing. She had a very polite, service-oriented attitude. There was no line to get assistance, and she helped immediately, asking for confirmation before finalizing the packing I was using. I chose large, fragile packing for a return. She took the measurements, asked whether I wanted fragile packing, and printed the labels right away. She was also friendly and kind when I left. I highly recommend this location if this young lady is working during your visit. I'll update my review once I find out whether my packages were properly packed and delivered (they took my items to the back, so I couldn't see how they were packed).

  I went into this store today wasn’t greeted at all. It was a person in front of me so I stepped to the side to import the information onto my envelope waiting for my turn the lady working asked from behind the counter like I previously stated it was a person in front of me. I stated I needed information on the price of mailing a letter she preceded to give me the information I asked for. I preceded to walk out the door she stated would you like to purchased that envelope first of all I walked in the store with the envelope in my hand I didn’t go any farther in that store but over to the little counter which was to my left as she was giving me the information I was still standing by the same counter, stating well I had to ask, well you never so me walk towards where any of those envelopes were so why would you even ask me that question. It truly angered me and she steady talking, she was unprofessional and rude. Which I've noticed business hire people that are nasty and once it happens I don’t return and I let others know maybe to chose another location. I’ve been in this store many, many times and I haven’t had any issues with any employee that works there. Don’t assume anything when I walked in with the white envelope in my hand and never walked over to where there envelopes are displayed. I didn’t even know they were over there until she was stating I got one.
