  Horrible customer service. I scanned some documents incorrectly and paid close to $4. Returned to store to let them know the issue with 6 blank pages. Blk female, with hair pulled back, refused to help and I was charged again to scan my documents. In the past when help was needed they were friendly and helpful unlike today, 8/14/2026. I will not return to this location and strongly discourage others from visiting this store.

  Sabrina was a sweet ! Helped me with my Buisness cards and went out her way to make sure they came out perfect! 10/10 will recommend this place for your Buisness cards

  Unfriendly customer service. I also was overcharged for my service on purpose. I checked my receipt and was refunded by another staff member. I'm a military veteran and served with honor. I can't say the same about the young lady that waited on me. Thank you for the horrible customer service. I don't recommend this store for customer needs.
