  First time visiting DHL anywhere. I’m truly impressed with the great customer service that Marcela provided. She was very informative, professional and verified all of the information was correct. I’m very pleased and I’m quite frankly happy not to have had to wait in a long line like at other places like UPS and Federal Express. Also, I was impressed with the amount of countries they service. I highly suggest this location and I hope you are fortunate enough to get Marcela. Thank you Marcela!! Great job.

  The total value of my package was only $40 and they are still asking me to pay again for pickup when I have already paid $124 shipping cost. They are asking me to pay $74 more just to pick up my package.. AGAIN.
