Krystal was so patient, friendly, & kind. Especially PATIENT. I was having trouble with my old phone & she freed up space for me & showed me how to navigate & installed a necessary app I needed. She had outstanding customer service!! When I buy a new phone I will buy thru her for sure ! She definitely deserves a pat on the back & a generous increase in pay ! Thanks Krystal

Friendly. Until they add cricket protect to every line WITHOUT CONSENT. Woman working Friday night, shady. No receipt for the transaction and now I see why. I do NOT like having to go thru extra hoops to get this resolved. Talk4less do better.
