  I am an older person that had pretty much given up on customer service. I had also pretty much given up on this store from the very rude customer service I received 5 years ago when my husband was in ICU..Today my heart smiled! I went in to get a new phone and met Ms. Chasity...She helped soon very much and gave me hope that customer service may not be dead after all!! I know now there is a person at this location that TRULY cares! THANKS Chasity!! God Bless!!

  I went to the store today to get my daughter phone unlocked and transferred one person told me i had to call customer service. However Dannie stopped me and said she can help she took the time to get it switch and unlocked. She had a great attitude very professional and had patience. Thank you Dannie for helping me and not sending me out the door like the other person was trying to. Cricket she is a big asset to the company and deserves more recognition thanks
