  I have been a customer of Allstate for over 20 years. This agency was originally under a Mr. Sampson. My family was recently involved in a major collision in which it was a miracle my kids walked away alive (background). Today I called the Robinson office to discuss my claim and I was greeted by Lane (apologies if spelling is incorrect with name) who asked me to identify self and I expressed need and that we just were in an accident. She expressed she would contact the adjuster and I would get a call. She then immediately followed with " Do you have any friends that I could refer to Allstate and for each person I would get a gift card. The point that caused the writing of this review comes from LANE not ONCE asking how my family was doing following the crash, who was involved not even asking if I was okay. The only concern was the next sale. I am very offended and completely now feel like nothing more than a number being counted on the fingers of the former Allstate Good Hands. Truly disappointed Thank you Mr. Robinson for contacting me directly, apologizing for the challenge and showing true.concern.
