This was my first time visiting, and unfortunately it will also be my last.
The employee with the facial piercings and round glasses (there was no name tag, so I don't know her name) spent the entire time talking negatively about another employee instead of paying attention to customers. She never greeted me, I actually greeted her first. She looked directly at me, rolled her eyes as if I had interrupted her conversation, and continued talking to the other employee.
When she finally acknowledged me, she only told me the total, handed me my receipt, and walked away without so much as a "thank you" or "have a good day."
This was some of the worst customer service I've experienced. I understand everyone has bad days, but customers shouldn't be treated like an inconvenience. If someone is that unhappy in a customer-facing job, it shows, and it reflects poorly on the business. I came in expecting a pleasant first experience, but instead I left feeling unwelcome. I won't be returning.
