  I really can't stand this location and I either go to the other wingstop on highway 6 or just stick to buffalo wild wings. Only reason why I even came to this location in about a year is because of a messed up door dash order. We had a credit for it that we finally used. Now I understand customer service jobs are stressful in itself, I work a stressful customer service job. But if you dont like your job, either find another job or work in the kitchen. Whoever the heavy set black/hispanic lady was in the front is rude. Why would you want that to be the face of the store when people come in? Maybe I came at a bad time but she seemed overwhelmed, which like I said, I get it, but dont take it out on your customers. I told her about it and she got frustrated and went to talk to someone who i assume is the manager. He was able to take care of it cool. Can't tell you how to act or run a business, but when your one of the hottest restaurants on the block, you might wanna create good relationships because you never know who walks into your restaurant. Also they've turned the place from a sit down restaurant to a pick up only. Will definitely not be coming back but I appreciate them for making things right.

  Wingstop Arcola gotta have slime in the ice machine or in the fryer or something because I found a nice crispy bug, roach, shii idk in my fries. Which makes me wonder about the whole meal. You know how you take bites while driving down the road so no telling what myself and family consumed before actually examining the whole order at home. Please check your order from this location but its a wrap for me. Be careful out here folks.

  Sunday | 19 April 2026 | Between 4:35 and 4:55 PM As soon as I walked through the door, there were about four employees staring at me like I was a foreign object. No one provided a welcome even though I mustard a hello through the awkwardness, but a group of them were talking amongst each other. The girl standing at the cash register, who I had to assume would take my order, was not friendly either. I apologized for taking a moment to look at the menu because I don’t normally eat at Wingstop, so I’m not familiar with the items and specials offered. That could’ve been her opportunity to make help me choose something off the menu and make a sale. It’s zero engagement with the customers at this location and they are rude. I asked if there was a restroom, and this location does not have one available. I’m pregnant with a full bladder, now pondering if I should just go to the restaurant next door to order food and use their restroom instead since I already felt like I was receiving poor customer service. As I was about to pay for my food, this Hispanic guy walks in, and the other workers who were previously at the store front when I entered the store greeted him. I stated to the girl at the cash register that I was not greeted the same way when I walked in, and on top of that, there was now restroom available. So I asked her to cancel the transaction and left. I thought this was out of ignorance and poor training, but this felt very prejudicial being non-Hispanic and of African descent. I definitely feel like I was judged because of my skin color, so I took my money next door to Subway. The employee working there greeted me warmly as soon as I stepped through the door. I was able to use the restroom and got a delicious meal made with care.

  Don’t ever have DoorDash to deliver your food from here because if the dasher keeps your food, this location will not satisfied the customer. They are refunding the order but we all know refunds take up to 14 business days. No one at either establishment thought to take into consideration that that $50 could have been my last to feed my family. No one cares because it doesn’t affect them or their family.
