Two workers walked in from outside the restaurant and immediately started packaging and handling food. Very poor hygiene.
I am extremely displeased with the lack of professionalism and lack of customer service provided this evening! Antonio’s leadership for this store should be reconsidered. I have never had the problem that I had this evening with the store. An error was made on the order. Accommodations and resolutions were not provided due to Antonio. He felt he was not
“Obligated” to correct the entire order. Who serves cold food and missing items? This store! I hope the corporate office and GM are “obligated” to find leadership that values accuracy, quality, and the customer experience. Spend your money elsewhere.

Do you enjoy having your week ruined by salmonella poisoning?!?! then you'll love the under cooked, cold, squishy chicken this Wingstop has to offer to help clear your rectum for the next 7-10 business day. In all seriousness, this place is disgusting and yes I ended up in the hospital from this location
The guy who took my order Anthony, was so professional and kind. He is the reason I will continue to come to this location for my wings. He knows the menu and is so patient with the customers!!! Thank you Anthony, good customer service is tough these days but you make up for everyone! God bless you 🙏🏽

am a regular customer at the Arcola Wingstop and visit this location about four times a month. This is actually the first time I've had an issue, which makes this experience even more disappointing.
I ordered my usual 10-piece lemon pepper bone-in wings with ranch and requested them extra crispy. Unfortunately, the wings were cooked far beyond extra crispy—they were so hard that I could barely eat them. I only managed to eat three wings and still have seven left because they were simply too tough to enjoy.
It was a long day, so I didn't call the restaurant until the following day. When I called, I asked to speak with a manager and ended up speaking with the assistant manager. After explaining the situation, I was initially told I could receive a credit. However, that quickly changed to an offer of only 10% off a future purchase. On a $16 order, that's about $1.60.
Considering that I was unable to eat most of my meal and had to purchase food elsewhere afterward, I don't feel that a 10% discount is an appropriate resolution. I still have the remaining wings and am willing to bring them back to show that the issue was legitimate.
As a loyal customer, I wasn't looking for anything unreasonable—simply a replacement order prepared correctly. I'm hoping to speak with the store manager and get this resolved. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes is what keeps customers coming back.
