  I had really crispy wings and no sauce, manager jaden, made a new order. I apologize ma'am if I got your name wrong. She was very professional and she listened and was very polite bc I think I ordered wrongly in the first place. Now that to me is customer service and I used to be a waitress. Thank you for actually making a difference.

  My daughter placed a DD order for pickup, came in picked up two bags that were mix matched 4 bags of 4. Got home items were missing and when I called about it the manager did short of everything from calling me a liar. “I talked with the kitchen staff and the front and there was no missing items.” Our policy is once it leaves the store then there isn’t anything we can do about it. Spent almost $100 to be called a liar. I will be reaching out to the owner tomorrow. Maybe he can find the missing items. I won’t put the manager’s name on here but will be discussing that with the owner tomorrow.

  Just got home with my order and didn’t get my fries when I ordered I asked her if a 15 piece came with the fries and she said no so I said add it and then I switched it because I wanted three different flavors to a 20. That’s basically changing it with fries because I already said I want fries so when I get home, I have no fries no ranch and when I call the lady says that she’s the assistant manager and she says I have to pay for my ranch. I have never heard of this and then I asked her are you guys franchise and she said I don’t have to tell you this it’s on the wall. She’s being very rude and I was not even being rude or mean to her what a disappointment!
