  Didn’t have a working soda machine-didn’t have another option. Service felt wrong for the inconvenience. Not coming back to this location

  I frequent this location at least 5-6 a month. The last month and a half I have been very disappointed. From chicken not being fully cooked, soggy fries to wilted veggie sticks. Today I have decided to no longer visit this location. I placed my order online-wanting the lemon pepper chili glaze, but has been unavailable since the promo started. I go in and see the sign offering the jerky bbq, which I loved. Asked the girl if they had it still and was abruptly cut off with a rude NO. Once my name showed ready- I went up and asked for-it wasn't ready- the rude girl walked to the back THREW my brownie, ranch and veggie sticks in the bag-then grabbed my food from the other side. She placesmy order on the counter-no thank you or eye contact-and proceeds to walk off without giving me my cup. I said ma'am, my cup", which obviously upset her as she starts making a rude remark. I check my food before leaving and my Cajun corn has yellow and brown kernels and no seasoning. To me, they are old. I ask a young man who comes to the counter if I can get some fresh. He responded with "why?" He then goes and tells apparently everyone in the back because they are all huddled around the corn I gave him- the rude cashier adds her comments and the young man says it'll be 3 minutes. I receive my corn-still cold and old, only covered with Cajun seasoning. I leave with my mind made up to not return. The employees that were there over the summer were top tier. Food was hot and fresh and EVERYONE was friendly! I'll be driving 20 miles to the nearest wingstop instead of 6 minutes away. Very sad.

  Poor customer service from everyone that was there placed a online order and walked into get and all I see is everyone standing on phone and laughing and not working and a restaurant full of in my opinion not very happy customers

  We have made multiple orders spending over $70 for wing stop over the past few months because that's what my kids love..we ask for well done every time and have never received well done..barely cooked chicken wings and soggy fries!! It's not that hard to drop them a little longer..why offer that option if they aren't going to do it!! The flavors are amazing but I think we're taking a break from wing stop for a while.

  This my 3rd time coming to this location since I moved out here and I always asked for well done. The first time it wasn't right. 2nd times it wasn't done right. Got all the way home and had to drive all they way back anf the cooked ut again. The manager apologized and said they have new managment and mew staff.so I go back again thinking they would get it right and gave them 18-20min cooking time like any other location that i go to and cooks it. Still wasn't right.the skin still came out fatty.i like my skin crispy. So now I have to drive all the way to alvin or pearland to get some wingstop.
