  I’m not sure where to begin but I was grossed out that they let an employee who was off the clock (in pajama shorts and a hoodie with her hair down) behind the counter to make her own sandwich off the clock. That made everyone so distracted that they burnt my sandwich… which I would have moved past all of this until I got home and see a tip added to my bill that I did not authorize. This place needs better management. From cleanliness to customer service I was very disappointed.

  The prep area was pretty messy with vegetables mixed together and strewn everywhere. It was much busier than we expected and there was not really enough seating and that which was available was poorly placed and more uncomfortable than usual for a Subway. That said, the staff were very friendly and our sandwiches were great and made as ordered. The private single person restroom was a welcome comfort during our long road trip.
