  Called to get a replacement order and went ahead and ordered more food. First the girl who answered the phone was speaking SO fast I couldn't understand her. So I go to pick up my order and pay and guess what the replacement order which was only a large fry and veggies was not in my bag! While waiting on my fries and veggies 2 more guests came in and were missing items from their order! Apparently this is very common at this location-always check your orders before leaving, thats twice now they've forgotten part of my order.

  After my wife wasting an her of her time due to having to drive back across town because the order being made wrong they offered a remake nothing off or anything to compensate her for her wasted time! Which is a joke and a slap in the face make sure to check your order in front of them even if it takes a little longer because clearly Christian ( “I’m the manager now”) could careless about the quality control!
