    I would like to file a complaint regarding my experience with the “store manager”, Dakota, on Wednesday June 10th around 10:45ish pm. My family and I are regular customers and visit this Subway frequently, typically at least twice a week. Because we come in so often, we have always expected to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, my experience with Dakota was extremely disappointing. From the moment we interacted with her, she had a horrible attitude and was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Her tone and demeanor made me feel extremely disrespected as a customer. At one point, I directly asked her about her attitude because of how negatively she was speaking to us. Instead of trying to improve the situation or apologize, she responded, “Well, I guess so,” with an even nastier attitude. Her response only confirmed the disrespectful behavior we were already experiencing. As a store manager, Dakota should be setting the standard for customer service and professionalism. Instead, she made what should have been a routine visit an unpleasant experience. I was shocked by how comfortable she seemed being openly rude to a loyal customer. We have supported this location for a long time and spend our money here regularly, which makes this experience even more disappointing. No customer should be treated in such a disrespectful and dismissive manner, especially by a manager. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that appropriate action is taken to address this issue so that other customers do not have a similar experience
