Managed to screw up our entire order they didn't make any of the sandwiches the way they were asked to be made. They put tomatoes on people's sandwiches that are allergic to tomatoes which is why we ask them not to put the tomato on the sandwich!!! hen you try to call you are put to a voicemail

Messed up our DoorDash order that we paid almost $90 on and when we’re trying to call to file a complaint, no one is answering the dang phone. Ordered several sandwiches that specifically say on the receipt, no tomatoes and whoever was making the sandwiches either just did not care or wasn’t paying attention and put tomatoes on every single sandwich. Disappointing judging by how much money was spent.

Going out on a limb here because this location is usually pretty hit or miss for me, but today they absolutely got it right. The sandwich was made perfectly, the bread was fresh and actually tasted fresh, and the young lady at the window was very pleasant and professional. Everything was neat, accurate, and honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had here in a long time. Credit where credit is due!! Today earned a 5-star review.

3 of the 4 sandwiches were incorrect (AS ALWAYS). I was surprised they got 1 right, but that’s due to the meatball sandwich not having any toppings besides cheese. This store continuously messes up our order. I paid 70$ for 4 sandwiches and the least this place can do is get it right. I even asked in the “instructions” tab politely that they get the order correct. They still did not. I asked for extra banana peppers and had 1 and a half slices on a 6 inch piece. The BLT was not toasted and was completely cold when I asked for it to be toasted. The cold cut sandwich, and the sweet teriyaki chicken sandwiches were not supposed to be toasted and they were toasted to a crisp (I wish the BLT was). I asked for extra ranch on the BLT which there was not, and thankfully I opened the bag before leaving the store and was able to identify the drink that they did not include that I had paid for (they had everything shoved in a bag). This store messes our my family’s order up every single time. I am confused and concerned with the fact that sandwiches that have step by step instructions on how to make them get messed up. I have also been told off for picking my sandwich up through the drive through window at this location. This manager or owner really needs to evaluate his workers and ensure that they take pride in what they do. I know it’s only making a sandwich, but it’s your job and you should do it right. I am sick of this location not being held accountable for their terrible sandwich making + customer service. I am DONE spending money at this location. It takes a lot for me to complain but I have paid hundreds of dollars at this location up to this point and maybe twice has my order ever been correct. If you cannot make 4 sandwiches correct then close the store or hire people that can.
