  Did a buy one get one free on the app for Subway on Amarillo Blvd and Ross. It said wasn't open and it was. Was told it would be reported. They couldn't take our order. So ordered from the Subway on S. Ross. We get there and the lady tells us they couldn't make my sisters foot long meatball sub. She said they tried calling. I looked at my phone. There was no phone call to me. My number is correct in the app. She tells my sister she could make a 6 inch meatball sandwich. Not wanting to make a scene, she ordered something else. We get in the car, my sister made comment, wonder if she could have gotten 2, 6 inch meatball sandwiches for same price. We drove from Amarillo Blvd and North Ross because we couldn't order on app. Then used app to order on South Ross. Only to be told they couldn't make foot long but 6 inch. Tried calling me which they didn't. Very disappointed Subway.

  The rudest cashier ever with big eyelashes.. missing items obviously cannot follow on how to customize what is ordered… and they give you attitude when you go back in to get missing items..smh
