    I stopped by to eat with my wife but our son was asleep forcing us to use the kiosk/drive thru. We don’t usually like using them because orders tend to get messed up more frequently through the kiosk. Sure enough, I get my food and find an ingredient that I did not want (black olives) on the sandwich. Also, I had ordered extra “subkrunch” on my club which was also missing. I drove back to the window and kindly requested for my order to be fixed. The young lady at the window was very kind and seemed to want to help us out. However, the person who I assume made the sandwich interjected stating that I indeed did ask for olives and not acknowledging the issue with the subkrunch. She instructed the girl at the window to inform us that they won’t remake the sandwich but they could take it back and add the subkrunch. I agreed to it even though it was frustrating. I took the olives out myself and when I opened the sandwich I found that there was less than 10 pieces of subkrunch added to the order which is certainly not “extra” as I paid for. I’m an extremely reasonable person so I took what I got went about my day. I did manage to ask the kind girl at the window if the lady instructing her was a manager, she answered no and I asked what her name was so I could make a complaint. She replied “Jazmine”. If the name is not true that is unfortunate but this employee did not uphold any kinda of professionalism or sense of wanting to make the customer happy. For that reason I will not be choosing subway when I am in this area going further. This occurred roughly at 2:00 pm on Sunday June, 14th 2026.

    Out of Meatballs literally everytime! It's 5ish pm everytime we go. She says that theyre not allowed to make more after lunch rush. Wth!! Yea im being a sour patch. Do better!

    The girl that works there is so rude and they didn't want take my coupon if they send them out in the mail why will they not take them?

    I am not sure why this location struggles so much. It is the nearest location from my job and everytime I order, there is always a problem. Sandwiches are usually wrong and the staff doesn't care to help or make things better. Today I had a "sandwich artist" scratch his head with gloves on and continue to place the vegetables on the sandwich. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

    Sandwiches never right ordering on app. Leaves off half the veggies you ask for and the dressing.
