I literally was at home and watched the fed ex driver drive straight past my house and thought surely they'll get my house on the way out. Nope, she drove right past my house AND marked delivered. My neighbor can confirm that she drove straight past my house never stopped. They said there is a Pic, but then when you try to view there is an error. GPS takes you straight to me house. But I think the driver stole my stuff for real.

I just needed help getting a package delivered and the worker for the front desk walked away and never came back. I waited 15 minutes and tried calling out for assistance but no one showed up. Terrible customer service.

Wonderful employees. Always helpful & friendly. Sad that management has just let them cook alive all summer with broken AC.

The girl at the counter lied about not being able to create a prepaid shipping label just to not do the work and get me out of her way. This is American service standards sadly.
