  Clean, good parking, and the young lady that helped us print a label and get a package to Denmark was extremely helpful and courteous.

  I paid a lot to get it here fast. It was late and did they follow the instructions and bring it to the door, no! Stuck in a locker not near my apartment. Not the first time

  HORRIBLE. customer service is absolutely disgusting the one armed guy takes his nasty attitude out on each customer and talks to every paying customer like they are crap!!! It's hard to keep my mouth shut watching him be so damn ugly everytime I am in there and sadly I am in there alot he is RUDE. I have no idea why fed ex would want someone like this representing their company. He talked very down to a poor older women who left looking confused like she did something wrong. he HATES his job and is doing a dis service providing any service he does for this company.

  Juan gave outstanding customer service. Very helpful, informative, with a sense of humor. He even came around and walked me out, opening the door for me ( I am on a cane since I have hip replacement this coming Monday) then wished me well with upcoming procedure. He is a keeper for sure. Made me experience with fedex today a delight.

  Juan was top notch. I came to FedEx after another shipper lost another package of mine for the third time. The second I started talking with Juan I knew I came to the right place. If the rest of the organization matches his effort and customer service , FedEx will be doing just fine.
