  Terrible office to do business with. Choose the other 2 Alstate options before this agency. Absolutely horrible customer service. Cody never calls back when asked to speak to him directly. Overall poor service.

  I had a home Insurance policy for a home we renovated and eventually sold. I emailed my agent, Ethan Babcock, and notified him the policy needed to be canceled as a result of the home sale. I'm still waiting for a response to my email (10 days and counting). Since I didn't get a response, call the agency directly and asked the policy be canceled and the the person that assisted me told me it was done, but could not give me an expectation of when I would see the refund check. I waited a week but did not receive any notice the policy was cancelled, so I contacted the insurer directly and found out the policy was still active. I terminated the policy with the insurer directly. I attempted to contact the agent by phone again (email did not work) but was not able to speak with a human to discuss the issue. So, leaving a review seems to be the only way to express my unhappiness with their service.
