  I had such a wonderful experience with Ronnie! He was incredibly patient, informative, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and understood my options.   Bill's office SAVED us! We thought we had great insurance until our home insurance jumped up by $8,000 a couple years ago and we were devastated.....our nephew told us to call Bill's office, and he literally got our bill down lower than it ever was! Saved us 9k! This is not an exaggeration, we were stunned! Then yesterday I spent 20 minutes on the phone with Cheryl while she reviewed our auto policy they hold and she was able to give us more coverage for cheaper. Amazing! Their office is very responsive and so kind. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them!!!

  Nancy helped us very much. She is a very good worker and she is excellent. Anytime we have needed something to get done for insurance she has helped us through every step. We really appreciate her because it is very difficult and she made everything simple. I hope she knows that she makes us dedicated to stay with Allstate.
