  This is the probably fifth but final time that I said, I will never order from the Alvin Wingstop! Nothing like getting home and ordering delivery, paying extra tip for the service and not receiving the full order. Most of the time it is the sides that are missing, but this time it was a full order of the wings! And what do they tell you to do, but to drive yourself there if you want what they did not put in your order. I’m sure my name is written down at least 10 other times where they say that I can come pick up the missing food items at my convenience. In every situation, the initial response is they’re unsure what to do and the only thing they can say is if you want your food, you’re welcome to come pick it up. This time I requested that my money be returned to my bank account. I asked that the additional sauces that I ordered to go with the wings be refunded as well since I was not able to use them. Mind you it’s only $4.50 of sauces, but the fact of the matter is telling me that I received the sauces and cannot get a refund really doesn’t settle with me. Therefore, I am finally sharing words of caution. If you order from them, you may want to reiterate that they check that all of your food is in the bag.

  Was craving some wings after a long 12 hour shift and extra 1 1/2 hr of traffic on my way home. Order was wrong and poorly made at that. Wasn’t worth the drive back to get fixed or a refund. Save your money and time.

  We picked up the bag and it felt a bit light. We asked if everything was in there. They ensured us it was. They must have ran out of fingers to count on because they short us 6 tenders from our order. But the food we got tasted good.

  Best workers ever! I love the male manager he's so amazing kind friendly and of course the food is amazing! Just call in if you don't wanna wait a little for food takes time for amazing 😉 😋 ☺️
