The skinny girl is rude. Doesn't listen to you on what you want, rushes to make your food, and treats you like a child.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be shared. My daughter stopped by this Subway during her lunch break and she is a very shy, quiet person. Instead of being treated with kindness and patience, she was met with unnecessary rudeness from the older lady who we later found out she is supposedly the manager “Melinda”.There is no reason for anyone, to be made to feel uncomfortable while simply ordering lunch. Customer service should be respectful and welcoming. I hope management addresses this because a little kindness goes a long way! And they don’t answer the phone!!!
The older woman was so unbelievably rude. She refused to serve me and told me to leave the store over a simple miscommunication. She told me I had an attitude which I did not, she was the only one with an attitude. She completely escalated the situation for which there was a simple solution. I've worked In customer service before and i understand it can be frustrating at times but to just completely lose it and take it out on a customer is so ridiculously unprofessional and rude. I have been to this location a few times before and the guys have always been very nice, which is why I am very upset and disappointed with this experience and hope they do something about her behavior. This happened on 7/8/26 at around 1pm.
Had the worst experience here tonight, Mckenzie & I believe his name was "Donavent" (young Hispanic guy) wears his name tag on his visor & doesn't look up at you the entire time he is making your sandwich gave horrible customer service. Arrived at the register to pay and had to wait on him to count out $300 in $20 bills for their safe. My total was $31.64 and I presented a $100 after watching him just place 15 - $20 bills on the counter behind him he stated he could not give me change. Excuse me? You have $300 in $20's behind you, I said give me 5 - $20 & I'll give you the $100 so I don't break your register. Frustrated that I expected him to do this he proceeded to break my $100. Mckenzie then approaches rudely and begins telling us to be patient because he could not figure out our change after I handed him $40 to pay & he entered $100 instead. 🤦♀️ Trying to tell him to look at the receipt and he should be able to tell, Mckenzie rudely states that the $20 they had was not our money & they didn't have to break my $100. I asked who her manager was, and she refused to give me a name, instead told me the manager would be there tomorrow. On my way out she began yelling out in front of another customer I may add "BYEEE"! I'm sorry but this will be the LAST TIME I spend my money here, I go to this location for convenience but I rather drive out if it means dealing with professional adults and not immature teenagers.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location today involving my mother.
When she arrived, she sat down briefly to wait for my sister before ordering. Shortly after, an employee asked if she was going to order. My mother explained that she absolutely intended to order but was waiting for my sister to arrive first.
When she went up to place the order, the employee appeared visibly irritated and unhelpful. My mother had to repeat her order multiple times, and the employee responded dismissively, saying “I heard you,” but did not proceed with taking the order in a professional manner.
My mother then politely asked if everything was okay, and the situation escalated. The employee began yelling and stated that she was refusing service and that my mother needed to leave or she would call the police.
We were shocked by the hostility and lack of professionalism, especially over a simple misunderstanding. We hope management addresses how customers are treated in the future, as this interaction felt unnecessary and upsetting.
