  Lady wouldn’t help us with trying to reactivate our account because she says the account was suspended. Which is why we’re in the store to begin with was to reactivate the account. I paid my bill and was .07 cents short so we stopped to try and pay them in the store. She said she needed to see proof that we had just paid the amount we stated. Showed her the text messages but that wasn’t enough next she asked for a ID? Never in my life have I had to show my id to pay my account. All the hassle and she still couldn’t help because the account was suspended???? Like yes that’s why we are here lady. Please get more professional associates who don’t have to give your customers so much hassle.Then she still had call someone else over the phone to explain the situation to see what she was supposed to do? Ended up just paying a .93 over to pay the .07 cents I was short.
