  Stopped for a sandwich with my three boys the server by the name tag Z rushed us through our orders made my boys really uncomfortable she was complaining the whole time how she had to work late and leave I paid for 4 cookies didn’t even get them will never stop at this place again

  Tia has zero customer service skills. Wouldn't let me add anything to my protein pocket even though I'm paying for it, then when my daughter said she just wants whatever comes on the sandwich she got Tia kind of just looked at her and waved her hands around the toppings looking like "okay, what do you want" type of look. The other girl working there needs a refresher too, but at least she wasn't treating us like we're dumb or something.

  When using showers we don’t want to be barged in on. Please atleast knock first geez. If the door dosent have a latch put something behind or she’ll come right in

  Victor was very patient, kind, and respectful. Always nice to see him there, I skip the subway in ennis and come here just because everyone here is friendlier
