  I had a great experience at this UPS Store. The employees were efficient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me with my shipment. Even though the store was busy, they kept things moving quickly and treated everyone with respect. The process was smooth from start to finish, and I left confident that my package was in good hands. It's refreshing to find a business that consistently delivers such excellent customer service.

  Excellent service! The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions, made shipping quick and easy, and handled my package with care. The store was clean, organized, and I didn't have to wait long at all. It's clear they care about their customers and provide top-notch service. I will definitely be returning for future shipping and printing needs. Highly recommend this UPS Store!

  I’ve been to several in the area and this store is by far the best UPS store I’ve ever been. All of the employees are hardworking and they ensure that everyone’s needs are met properly. They are well-versed in shipments and the prices for printing out stuff like documents or flyers is reasonable unlike other places. AC is blasted as well and that’s amazing since it’s pretty hot outside.

  The best UPS store in the area! I've seen the bad reviews and I completely disagree with ALL of them. The people working are always hardworking, helpful, and very knowledgeable ( shipments, prints, and notaries). The customer service they offer at this store is leagues better than what other stores offer. It's always busy but the employees does their best to ensure that every customers needs are properly met and leave satisfied. A+++

  This is the worst location. I've never had a problem at another location, but this one is closest to my house, so I foolishly keep going back. This time, I brought my Amazon return in a box free of labels as instructed. The agent at the desk told me, "Is it ok if I put this in a bag?". I was supposed to know from this that I was purchasing said bag, but I had no idea. So, he puts it in a bag and scans it in, puts the label on, and says "I'll just check you out over here." Completely confused, I asked why, and THAT was when he told me that I was paying $1.83 to return a $5 item. After I explained that I had no idea that I was buying the bag that he suggested, he started explaining me that they couldn't ship the item in it's own box. It wasn't, though, it was packaged into another box. Apparently, it wasn't an acceptable box because it had a brand name on the outside. All this would have been wonderful to know (first from Amazon; 'free of labels' to me sounds like free of shipping stickers, but that's a different problem) before 1) you charge me for a bag and 2) you scan my item as received. I explained that I didn't want to pay almost $2 to return a $5 item, so he ripped open the bag and handed it back. When I inquired about his already having scanned it as received, he said "Oh, you'll have to contact Amazon. My bad." I wasted my time, and now I have to waste 20 more minutes to deal with amazon to get it sorted out. Go to the location at McDermott and Custer, instead. It's worth the drive. You'll save time in the long-run.
