  Trainee had no understanding of Amazon returns. Kept stating they need to be boxed separately and prelabed in order for ups to receive package even though Amazon receipt printed says other!!! Piir customer service.

  This particular employee was super kind. I really wish I would’ve gotten his name. Kindness goes a long way. I will visit this UPS again 😊

  I would rate my overall experience at this location zero stars. This location returned package to sender stating they didn’t know what box it went into on the same day that I received multiple other items to the same mailbox with the same address. I then confirmed with the leadership team that my wife and myself were on the lease. I asked what they could do to help when they told me to call the post office who explained that since the Mail facility had returned the package I was out of luck. I closed my account asap and I filed a complaint with corporate.

  I just left this location and the Lady was not nice at first and then she explained to me the reason she really couldn’t advise on how to return something however I get it I understand however I’m asking questions and the guy that’s training was super nice. He was super amazing very very, very professional acting and then the other guy the short little ball hit a guy was horrible. I almost wanna say the lady was horrible. However, she lightened up a little, but tall guy with tattoos was amazing and very nice. He’s in training. I understand however this store is not the one to go to if you want to ask questions about a return they do not know how to help you.
