    I had a great experience at The UPS Store. The staff was extremely professional, helpful, and efficient. They took the time to explain my shipping options and made sure my package was handled with care. Excellent customer service and very quick turnaround!

    Worst UPS ever. Seems like location is new and the young people that work here are extremely unaware of the processes. There was a young man who was on the phone the entire time. Very stressful, very annoying and disrespectful overall. They are unwilling to help, and are everything but courteous. No thank you.
